Object description

The Aussiedlerhof in Ober-Ramstadt is beautifully nestled in nature surrounded by grassland and farmland. The farm premises can be reached via a small illuminated road.
On the paved farm site there are two residential houses and various farm buildings with a total hall area of about 2,000 square meters. Of these, approx. 370 sqm are currently rented out as storage space. The former dairy barn has been converted into a horse stable for boarding horses and offers space for up to 15 horses. The stable has been renovated and appears bright and spacious due to the integrated light band. The horses have enough air, light and space in the boxes (approx. 16 sqm). Paddocks and adjacent areas also offer the possibility to set up a paddock with exercise trail. In the small hobby riding hall (approx. 12x20m) as well as on the outdoor arena (20x30m) the horses can be moved. The former covered driving silos offer enough space for the storage of straw and hay.

Location

The resettlement farm "Michaelshof" is located in Hesse in the district of Darmstadt Dieburg at the north-western foothills of the Odenwald. The densely populated and economically strong Rhine Valley is in the immediate vicinity. Cities like Pfungstadt or Darmstadt can be reached in about 20 minutes. Frankfurt can be reached by car in about 45 minutes, depending on traffic. The farm is only 4.5 km away from the highway exit. Shopping facilities for daily needs are available in nearby Ober-Ramstadt. Frankfurt is easily accessible from Ober-Ramstadt via public transportation. Despite its location in a prosperous region, Michaelshof is situated in a quiet area away from busy roads.
