Object description
The farm is beautifully enclosed in nature, surrounded by grassland, arable land and forest land.
On the farmstead there is a residential house and a garage house with two garages and a hall with approx. 600 sqm. The farmstead is paved and fully developed in terms of water and sewage. The residential building is surrounded by a well-kept garden of approx. 10,000 sqm. The house has a living space of about 400 sqm, which is distributed on three floors. The building has no basement. Location
The farm is located in Lower Saxony in the district of Rotenburg Wümme. The city of the same name can be reached in only 10 minutes. The district is characterized by its location in the triangle between Hamburg, Bremen and Hanover. Bremen can be reached by car in about an hour, depending on traffic. Hamburg is only 50 minutes away and Hanover is about 1,5 hours away. The farm is only 20 km away from the highway exit Bockel. Shopping facilities for daily needs, schools, doctors and pharmacies are available in the nearby district town of Rotenburg. The town's train station is located on the main Hamburg-Bremen railroad line. Despite its location in a prosperous region, Hasselhof is situated in a quiet location embedded in a small farming community near the federal highway 440.
