about Princely moated castle
Object description
The stately castle is the center of an outstanding ensemble with a lime tree square, manor house, office building, nursery and brewery. The castle has changed hands several times over the centuries. The building structure has also been changed several times in the course of history. On the remains of a medieval predecessor building, the castle was repeatedly extended and rebuilt by the Princes of Lynar until the late 19th century. The various building elements give the complex its unique charm. In the meantime, the castle has been converted into a four-star luxury hotel and has around 50 rooms and suites.
Some of the outbuildings belonging to the overall ensemble of the castle have already been completely renovated and developed, such as the "Gärtnereihaus", which is located on the market square of the village.
Partial bids are possible. Please ask for our exposé.
Location
The castle ensemble is located near the town of Luckau in the district of Dahme-Spreewald in Brandenburg and lies south of Berlin near the Calau freeway junction on the A13 (Berlin - Dresden). The city of Luckau is 21 kilometers away and offers the necessary infrastructure for daily needs such as shopping facilities, primary and secondary schools as well as various doctors.
